Bowen Wang was born in Bozhou City, Anhui Province, China. I received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology (WUT), Wuhan, China, in 2021, and the M.Eng. degree in communication engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2024.

My research interests include integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), intelligent reflecting surface (IRS), array signal processing, mathematical optimization and machine learning. I actively serve as a reviewer for numerous top-tier IEEE journals, including IEEE WCM, IEEE JSAC, IEEE TAES, IEEE TVT, and others. I am a TPC Member of various IEEE conferences, such as IEEE ICC, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE PIMRC.
